Sometimes dreams are prophetic and show future events. If you firmly believe the dream will come true, then let it be done according to your faith. But what you saw does not have to happen if you turn to the Lord God who alone has the power to change everything in a moment's notice. When your faith is in the name above all names, you have nothing to fear. Jesus is the savior now and for eternity.

Dream interpreters can do harm when they associate symbols seen in dreams with future events. If you see ants in a dream, they say, it means a flood is coming. If you allow these interpreters to prophesy over you and you believe it, then you have also abandoned faith in a God who loves you and could avert the danger from you. So again, let it be done according to your faith. Those that sincerely turn to the Lord will receive his help.

When I have a bad dream about a person or event, I take it as a warning that a challenge is coming up and I begin praying for the Lord to help. Sometimes I even fast. I have seen evidence that the threat was real, but much of the damage that was seen in the dream is averted with God's help. Always remember that you can receive help from the Almighty God.... if you ask him.
