In the NYC 2022 outbreak, "mpox was spread almost exclusively through sexual contact." ~ "the virus can be transmitted through semen". (Source: NYC.gov) It is a virus that infected almost only men, who then infected other men.

The original article (written in Spanish) contradicts itself:

>It is not yet known whether mpox can spread through bodily fluids such as semen and saliva....

>Since the virus can be transmitted through semen, use latex or polyurethane condoms during sexual intercourse.

Why the contradiction? Do they not want people to realize this is a STD?

Here's a better suggestion: Abstain from homosexual sex altogether which is a healthier choice for you physically and spiritually (and psychologically). God says it is abomination. If you struggle with this temptation, turn to Jesus and ask for his help. He died on the cross for all men, including you. His Holy Spirit gives you strength to overcome your own flesh nature when you pray for his help.
