Surely they could have cooled the train cars down in THE WINTER... Train derailed around 9 PM on February 3. On February 6 at 4:35 PM, the spilled chemicals were ignited along the railroad tracks. 3 DAYS AFTER THE TRAIN STOPPED MOVING, they leaked and ignited the toxic chemicals!?
