My internet service provider blocks that website at the DNS level. To download the image anyway, using a Linux terminal:

• Find the IP address

nslookup files.catbox.moe 8.8.8.8

• Use curl to download

curl -L -H "Host: files.catbox.moe" --insecure https://108.181.20.39/oot16e.jpeg -O  

Note: IP address could now be different than it was when this post was originally written.

And then I could see the image....



This procedure also works for another domain my ISP blocks: qu.ax
