The sun is the source of heat, light, and energy for the entire solar system.



This fuels photosynthesis in plants, which is the foundation of the food chain, providing energy for all living organisms. The sun is like a host that prepares a supper for his guests.

I'm wondering if this is one reason for the Creator being called the "LORD of hosts". All stars could be hosts. And He that created the stars is LORD.... the LORD of hosts.

Psalms 23:10 "Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

There are countless stars and each could be hosting life.

Psalms 147:4 "He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names."
