This is how X.com looks on my computer's Firefox browser today. Notice how the media is blurred because it does not auto-load?



But on my Android device (my cell phone) the image loads up clearly, whether I want to see it or not....



There is no option to block the media from loading. It is not blurred, like on my computer.

Twitter allowed me in the past to block images from automatically loading. Now with Elon Musk in control and its rebranding to X.com, gay porn images automatically load up. It happened to me today. I saw someone liked a post I had made (about the mark of the beast) and I wondered if the person had similar content, so I clicked on their name, and when their page came up, X.com pushed an image to my phone of what looked like two men having sex, as the poster for a video hosted at X.com. I immediately closed the page, but it took a moment for me to flush that image out of my mind and I wished I had not seen it.



Gay porn is hosted on the site formerly called Twitter.... Where government leaders and agencies, and businesses worldwide post their content for the public to see. Now we have gay porn in the mix. What a strange world when men think this is acceptable behavior.

I do not use the app, but use a web browser as I always have on my Android device, and X.com has removed the option it once had to block media from automatically loading. The images continue to be blurred for now on my computer running Firefox.

Grok acted like it was possible to disable media from automatically loading. But the setting it told me about was not available. When I asked more about, Grok crashed.



I closed the web browser and reopened it, then asked Grok more about this change. Grok confirmed that X.com has removed the option that would enable a web browser to block media from automatically loading.





If I went to the grocery store and saw two men having sex in the corner, out of disgust I probably would start shopping elsewhere.



I have little use for X.com any more.
