Notice the character is surrounded by skulls of dead people. The spiritually dead belong to the kingdom of darkness.

The character is a work of fiction, but the artists who made the comic were real people who glorified sorcery and devil horns. But those who do such will burn in the lake of fire, unless they repent and turn to Jesus for salvation.

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8
