Beginning in October, government collapse, leaders missing....

He did not specify a year. But here we are in October and the government has shut down with no resolution in sight. Is the government collapsing, never to recover again? Leaders are going missing. The governor of NJ is nowhere to be seen as the state he is supposed to serve has declared a state of emergency because of incoming storms.
