This was not spoken by a believing Christian, who knows the way to heaven is through Jesus. Jesus can get anyone into heaven, even the worst sinner.... if that sinner would repent and follow Him.
Worldly leaders often use religion to gain control.
If a man will lie about his faith, then he has no fear of God, and so he would not make an effort to live according to the commandments of God. Jesus called these leaders: wolves in sheep's clothing.
The Nazi regime manipulated religious symbolism to serve their own selfish goals. Adolf Hitler had his publicity stunts with the Roman Catholic church for propaganda purposes. Like Trump, Hitler never claimed to be a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ or heaven-bound.
