Paid Vacation for Politicians
Politicians responsible for the shutdown continue to be paid. Many of the congressmen (senators and representatives) are absent with little visibility and are no where to be found during the shutdown. It is like they are on a long paid vacation.
Airports: Civilian and Military
Some FAA Air traffic controllers continue to work at airports, but are NOT paid. The others have either quit or they fail to show up to the job.
The military continues to be paid. This includes Air Force air traffic controllers employed by the U.S. Department of Defense who are paid during the government shutdown. U.S. military airfields and air bases around the world have their air traffic controllers paid, while those at civilian airports are not paid.
What could this lead to?
Changes to the airline industry. Civilian airports could become militarized. If the civilians do not get paid, but the military does get paid, and the airport dysfunction is declared an emergency, we could see a big change to how the airports are governed, akin to the addition of TSA body-groping after the World Trade Center was destroyed. TSA agents are also not paid. They could be replaced by soldiers and the air traffic control could be regulated to the paid military.
Epstein Investigation Derailed
Immediately before the shutdown, investigations into Jeffrey Epstein's documents were examining money laundering, human trafficking, and rape allegations. That investigation stalled when the government shutdown began. That is probably a relief to those who were being investigated, which include many politicians.
Prophetic message from a few years ago stated, "changes to the airline industry":
