The entire universe was formed from Lucifer's soul, dissolved into countless particles. But his spirit remains undivided and constrained to one place: planet Earth. The other celestial bodies are not his habitation. His spirit dwells only here on Earth.

Are there any Bible verses to support this claim?

Job 1:6-7 KJV
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them
And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

Satan's spirit is confined to this Earth. He does not walk up and down in heaven like the children of God, but only on Earth. And the only way to become a son of God is to pass the test of free will in Satan's domain.

Welcome to your testing grounds! This is where a man chooses his master: Satan or the Lord Jesus Christ. It is an incredible opportunity each of us have, to become a child of God with all the freedom, power, and privileges the Father gives his children.

Revelation 12:9 KJV
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The evil spirit was "cast out into the earth". His spirit was not cast into the sun, or a star, or any other planet.

Revelation 12:12 KJV
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Those that dwell in heaven are free from the thief and murderer and so they can rejoice and be glad in peace. You can be free also if you follow the one who died for you on the cross.
