Babies getting "vaccines" - What could go wrong?

Babies in Congo (like other nations) are given "vaccines" orally and through injections, usually in their first 24 hours out of the womb. What could go wrong.... if these pharmaceuticals are as "safe and effective" as the COVID injections?

Birth Dose Vaccines

BCG (Bacille Calmette-Guérin)
Administered within 24 hours of birth, though some infants receive it up to 14 weeks after birth.

OPV0 (Oral Polio)

Given shortly after birth, along with BCG.

Hepatitis B
